JOB SUMMARY

NABA, Inc is seeking a highly driven, experienced leader with a proven track record of success. The Sr. Director of Geography will be an integral member of the NABA team, working in close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and other cross-functional teams, including regional teams, partners, colleges and more. This candidate will be responsible for growing and advancing our geographic footprint throughout the region. Candidates must have strong strategic and executive relationship skills, a master of cross-team collaboration and a winning spirit. The candidate will also be part of an awesome NABA team whose mission is to build and extend our impact and footprint in the market.

Success will be measured by geography revenue, growth, impact, delivering extraordinary above-and-beyond-market experiences, building trusting relationships and exceeding expectations. JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the geographic region, aligning with NABA’s goals.

• Identify opportunities for growth, revenue, market expansion, and efficiency within the region.

• Oversee day-to-day opportunities in the region, engaging key regional state holders, partners, chapters and more.

• Lead and direct a virtual team of regional leaders and other staff members.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to enhance team performance and professional development.

• Develop and manage regional revenue quotas ensuring financial objectives are met.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.

• Represent the organization in regional meetings, events, partner opportunities and more.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand NABA’s market opportunities and presence.

• Establish key (KPIs) for the regional teams and regularly assess and report on performance.

• Provide regular updates to the executive leadership team on regional achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Leadership

• This role leads our geography growth, revenue, partner alignment with chapters, colleges and universities and virtual regional team leadership.

• Lead a highly engaged organizational culture of excellence and continuous improvement that values learning and innovation, agility and unwavering commitment to excellence, organizational cohesion, inclusion, and equity, and professional growth.

• Lead geography vteams as they implement their strategic plans and drive day-to-day goals. Mentor and manage key high performing colleagues; ensure roles, responsibilities and professional development opportunities align to NABA’s strategy as well as individual team member career growth and fulfillment – long term.

Geography Strategy and Implementation

• Partner closely with the CRO to lead NABA in building our long-term strategy and goals for the geography from data analysis and input from key stakeholders.

• Lead all aspects of geography growth and development, aligned with budget and revenue goals, defining metrics using NABA technology internal systems for tracking and reporting on the progress and impact of strategic plans and initiatives.

• Analyze outcomes to ensure whether geography growth strategies and tactics are effective.

• Acknowledge and actively monitor the concerns of all key stakeholders in the market – attention to excellence as you grow the business.

Team Collaboration (20%):

• Work closely with marketing to build out marketing campaigns in the market.

• Work cooperatively with all functional areas, recognizing the interconnectivity of the organization.

• Recognize the interdependence of efforts among all teams, Business Development, geography leaders, marketing, etc.

Education and Experience Requirement(s):

• People Leader Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze trends and competitive landscape.

• Experience in developing and implementing strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience leading people, organizations and/or roles

• Leading successful teams

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills

• Ability to communicate and exchange information as well as use a computer.

• Office/Remote working environment

• Ability to transport up to 20 lbs.
